Cape Lookout Charters has a 2-week notice of cancellation policy. If you have to cancel with 2 weeks or less notice, I will make every effort to rebook the day. However, you will forfeit your deposit if I am unable to re-schedule another charter for that day. Cancellations made with more than 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund.

In the event of inclement weather (rain or wind), I would re-schedule your trip or refund your deposit. The captain will make all decisions for cancellations at the time of the trip, based on actual weather conditions. Many times weather forecasts are not accurate or can be off by as much as 12 hours in the case of an approaching front.

Book Early to ensure availability of the best dates, please book well in advance. Spring, summer, and fall months are usually the busiest times and dates fill up early, so it is recommended that you book at least three months in advance. It is always better to fish on weekdays as opposed to weekends if possible.

Rates are for two anglers. A third angler is possible at an extra charge. Working the shallow flats for reds is difficult with three anglers, so you may be limited to fishing passes or deep grass flats with three anglers on board.
